Preventive Maintenance Agreements

Have an HVAC system but no one to maintain it on a regular basis? Environmental Design Solutions would he honored to meet with you, evaluate your current HVAC system, and set up a custom tailored preventive maintenance agreement proposal AT NO INITIAL COST TO YOU. Once we get the okay from you, the client, we set you up on our schedule and get you taken care of.

At the frequency of your choosing our experienced field techs will perform the following minimum scope of work:

  • Inspect entire system for visual damage.
  • Clean all coils on a yearly basis.
  • Lube all fan bearings and motor bearings when applicable.
  • Check refrigerant charges on compressors.
  • Leak-check all components including compressor and coils.
  • Inspect all contacts, coils, interconnects, safeties, motor connections and unit related wiring.
  • Inspect all belts for wear and adjust and/or replace as needed.
  • Inspect condensate pans and add bio tablets when necessary.
  • Pull amperage check on all equipment and record.
  • Inspect all controls, t-stats, receiver controllers, relays, and damper actuators.
  • Change filters with each visit using a high quality, pleated filter.
